imperative, the EMEA Value Creation Team is seeking a Value Creation Patient
Pathway Business Enablement Lead.

the Value Creation Business Enablement Lead is to provide Project Management to
the Value Creation Patient Pathway Team and J&J IT Application Services
Team to enable delivery of the Hospital Deployment and Technical Roadmaps on
time and within budget.

exhibit a wide sphere of influence across multidisciplinary stakeholders at
many levels internally i.e. Value Creation, IT, Marketing, Legal, Medical Affairs,
HEMA, Finance, Clinical Research, Professional Education, Commercial Education,
Business Insights, Privacy and Strategic Account Management.
In addition, The
Patient Pathway Business Enablement Lead will also collaborate with
multidisciplinary clinical / non-clinical customers and occasionally patients /
patient groups in Focus markets across EMEA.
projects include, but not limited to; providing program updates to senior
leadership, marketing & communication, content development, development and
delivery of training programs, translation management, copy approval
management, development of an evidence strategy, GDPR compliance and User
Acceptance Testing (UAT).
The Value Creation Patient Pathways Solution
Team and J&J IT Application Services Team are responsible for the
development and deployment of cross-disease state Patient Pathway solutions;
specific disease specialties include Orthopaedics, Bariatric Surgery,
Colorectal Oncology and Electrophysiology. The Patient Pathway Solution Team are
primarily responsible for solution deployment, implementation / execution
through care pathway process mapping, lean management, pathway standardization
and formal change management with a hospital multi-disciplinary team across
EMEA. Patient Pathway Solutions are delivered across the J&J One Medical
Devices Franchise and strive to deliver Triple Aim Metrics (Improved Clinical
Outcomes, Improved Patient Satisfaction and Reduced Costs / Improved
Efficiencies) to the 5P Stakeholders (Patient, Practioner, Provider,
Procurement and Policy Maker).
areas of responsibility within Patient Pathway Solutions Team:
1. Program updates – provide input to Leadership Dashboards and
Metrics to ensure alignment and execution of Hospital Deployment and Technical Deployment
2. Marketing & Communication - develop and execute the strategy to create and
disseminate marketing and communication assets to key internal stakeholders on
a regular basis using various channels i.e. success stories on Yammer, banner
3. Content - define and align with Solution Managers a complete and harmonized
‘content set’ across disease states by Phase and Sub Phase (including format:
PDF, Video, Animation etc..). The Business Enablement Lead is also responsible
for Creative Agency Vendor Management.
4. Training – collaborate with Solution Managers and Tech Team to design and create
a complete ‘training set’ for HCPs / Patients / J&J Stakeholders across
disease states. Collaborate with Commercial Education to create an eTraining
Summit Program for patient pathway solutions.
5. Translation - accountable for the management of all translation requirements across
patient pathway solutions. The role includes responsibility for translation
validation and post-localization testing. The Business Enablement Lead is also
responsible for Translation Vendor Management.
6. Copy Approval – ensure patient pathway team compliance to J&J copy approval
process (EOS). Partner with the EOS team to improve efficiency of EOS process.
Partner with Legal and Medical Affairs to develop strategies that improve
quality of EOS submissions.
7. Evidence – partner with HEMA to develop an evidence strategy to ensure that the
right evidence is available at the right level to support patient pathway solutions
customer conversations – both clinical and economic evidence. Define and align
with Solution Managers a complete and harmonized ‘evidence set’ across disease
states Align on a publication policy with HEMA as evidence from patient pathway
solutions becomes available.
8. General Data Patient Regulation (GDPR) – be fully aware of GDPR requirements and updates. Ensure all patient
pathway solutions are GDPR compliant by collaborating with Privacy and IT
9. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – collaborate with UAT Lead to review UAT scripts for patient pathway
solutions, manage UAT reviewers from the patient pathway solution team and
participate in UAT as per patient pathway solution Releases.
