This year is going to be a very exciting time for AXA Partners with a very ambitious Transformation Programme. We are looking for professionals with solid experience of working through complex global transformation projects. The transformation will address organisation, HR (e.g. Change Management), products, processes, systems in all countries where AXA Partners is doing business.

Throughout the year, we will be looking for various different project managers, with experience across multiple business lines. If you are a Change Management Professional, experience in Digital, IT, HR Global projects then let us know! You will be an integral contributor to the transformation and AXA Partners. We will have a mixture of fixed term contracts and permanent position.

Strategic vision ability while being hands on the execution.

Strong IT skills
Understands complex and interdependent business needs
Identify pragmatic and innovative solutions /best practices working with internal and external experts and respecting internal guidelines and local regulation.
Management of project and programme budgets.
High level of autonomy and team work (incl. with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams).
Comfortable interacting with senior executives.
Skilled in adapting rapidly to changes and to acquire new capabilities.
Ability to identify pragmatically innovative solutions proposed by experts.
Confidence to win key stakeholders buy-in in a consensual manner, and to escalate smoothly to the right governance any significant blocking point.
