A highly successful and innovative organisation just to the north of Bristol is seeking an experienced campaign selections specialist to join their CRM team. Reporting to the Campaign Planning & Selections Manager, your role will be to work with the marketing team to shape and fulfil campaign data briefs for outbound, multi-channel campaign work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known brand and be part of a marketing and strategy division that has several new nationwide ventures under consideration.

The key to your success in this role will be your ability to not only respond to campaign briefs appropriately and supply high quality data. But also be able to go out to the business, pre-emptively identify needs and provide guidance on the most effective actions to take. Be that around improving targeting and contact strategies, pushing back at appropriate times when requests perhaps need more robust thinking, etc.

Previous experience of working with SQL and utilising a commercial CRM decisioning / campaign management tool is highly beneficial. It's not important which one since the systems can be interchangeable. So previous experience of working with Unica, Chordiant, Adobe, FastStats or any other will serve you well.

If you're looking to evolve your career down the campaign management route and into campaign planning, this will be an excellent opportunity for you. It's working for a large, well known brand who have ambitious plans for growth of their customer base over the next couple of years. It's a fast paced environment (so previous consultancy/agency experience could suit well to align with the type of environment here) and you need to be able to respond positively to change.

Key attributes include:
- A passion for exceeding client expectations
- A can-do attitude and a flair for finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Self-motivated, hard-working and ambitious individuals able to work as part of a team
