Cover the full lifecycle of client campaigns and projects as Campaign Manager for this award winning social enterprise!

This organisation strives to build diverse workforces for employers so that anyone from any socio-economic background can see themselves represented. The thrust of this Campaign Manager role will see you work with a range of clients on programmes supporting overlooked talent connecting with employers, providing them with a successful journey from job offer to induction. Such activity includes supporting new employees through offering learning content and mentoring, encouraging young people within education etc to consider apprenticeships, managing user experience across proprietary digital platforms, and supporting employers to help deliver invaluable work experience and workshop/open day programmes.

Sitting within the delivery team, you'll ideally be a Campaign Manager/Project Manager with a strong mix of project delivery, some events experience and customer/client relationship skills, and someone who wants to bring such abilities to this kind of remit. You'll be joining a highly collaborative, supportive team that really buys into the mission they've undertaken, and they would want you to do so too.
