The AXA PPP healthcare Change team is critical to delivering cross functional change throughout the organisation to achieve strategic and tactical objectives. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic leader to join as a Change Business Partner, reporting into the Head of Change. The position is based in our Vale Road offices in Tunbridge Wells.
The role works closely with all business areas to understand strategic development objectives and formulate and deliver portfolios of change activity to deliver these so this is a great opportunity to have exposure across the whole of PPP.

This role will be to jointly lead the Business Change Team and the key accountabilities are to:
Lead a team of project professionals ensuring the controls, monitoring and reporting are in place to effectively deliver and govern change
Build and maintain close working relationships with IT and local Change Management Teams across the business to ensure we collectively deliver pragmatic change for our customers, aligned to our strategic priorities
Be a champion of enterprise portfolio management, promoting new agile ways of working where appropriate and supporting Portfolio Leads, within the Enterprise Portfolio structure, to develop and prioritise change according to our strategic pillars
Oversee the initiation, progress and delivery of projects for assigned portfolios, providing advice to business change managers on the appropriate set up, governance, scope, structure, approach, risk and quality management for the size, nature and complexity of the projects.
Guide, influence and advise on the scope, shape and structure of pre-project and project work utilizing a deep understanding of our business and the challenges we face
Actively seek out and build relationships across AXA in order to contribute to a wider AXA agenda and to share best practice and learnings
Play a leading role, as part of the departmental management team, in developing the Change Team and its services.
Manage, motivate, develop and appraise direct reports so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard to meet the current and future needs of the business
