Ready for Change? Expert communicator wanted
Change Communication Manager - 12 month fixed term contract
Are you the expert communicator we need to help us navigate a clear path through a multi-layered change agenda? With a new CEO at the helm, we are gearing up for a broad-reaching change journey that will enable us to deliver a new business strategy (in development), and to grow and evolve our propositions and services to respond to our changing customer needs. Some projects are massive, and involve major investment, some are minor - but all will help increase our productivity, our efficiency, and the way we serve our customers.
And to get to where we want to be, we need to bring our people with us. It’s a fast moving world, and we want to help our people understand the drivers for change, what’s changing, and how the changes will benefit our customers, our people and our business. These are exciting times for us. Can you help us tell that story?
You’ll be part of AXA PPP healthcare’s small Internal Comms team. Your focus will be on the change communications, and you’ll collaborate with people right across the business. You’ll also interact and work with the Internal Comms team on a daily basis as we connect the dots between all aspects of our work. You’ll also work with the AXA UK & Ireland’s Internal Comms team, to make sure we’re aligned with the broader business and change messages.
How you’ll know if you’re a good fit
You have experience managing large and complex change or project communications. You can hold the big picture and yet be totally focussed on the detail. You can work with and manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels. You can develop the messaging across a range of initiatives, then plan and deliver complex communications. You’ll notice the problems and opportunities, and have the confidence to deal with them, and to manage competing priorities. You can evaluate the performance of your communications, and develop insights to improve them. And you can write engaging communications that get the positioning of messages just right.
With a presence in over 60 countries, and 165,000 employees serving the needs of 107 million customers, AXA is big.
But never too big to care for every single person who works here. So when you join us, we promise to put our collective might behind you and your career.
You’ll work in an open and supportive environment where you’ll be developed, challenged and encouraged to move around to achieve even bigger and better things – nationally and internationally. You’ll learn directly from senior leaders, from the best in our business. And you’ll enjoy real responsibility, really early on.
Every large company today talks about supporting diversity and inclusion. But at AXA UK, these values form an integral part of everything we do. For us, it’s about bringing together the best talent, helping people to realise their full potential by being 100% themselves at work and delivering outstanding service to everyone – regardless of difference.
Proud to be part of the AXA Group, the number one global insurance brand, a worldwide leader in financial services, AXA PPP healthcare is leading the way to better health. We’re one of the UK's largest and most experienced private medical insurance providers, and we’ve been helping people access the medical care they need, when and where they need it, for over 70 years now.
