Channel Marketing & Business Development Executive

As the Channel Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will act as the glue between Marketing and Client facing teams to understand the Client’s business strategy and translate this into Marketing Proposals that result in engaging communications programmes to:
Equip employees in making the right choices and decisions to meet their health and financial well-being goals.
Grow the value of the Aviva corporate client base through identifying new opportunities to engage with workplace pension scheme members.
The Channel Marketing Executive role requires someone with the following skills and qualities:
Energised by and thrive on contact with people.
Have experience of the B2B Financial Services Marketing arena be able to navigate your way round the nuances of a highly regulated environment – all part of the challenge.
Happy to be out and about, meeting face to face with our clients – across the country.
Have experience of Marketing through the funnel
Are motivated by impact, results and performance
A track record in working directly with clients
A consultative mind set – ability to interpret requirements and turn into compelling proposals.
Please note: 50% of your time will be spent out of the office meeting with clients and the other 50% of your time will be developing the proposals.
Salary £50,000- £60,000 dependent on experience.
An annual performance-related pay review and bonus.
