Facebook is looking for an experienced marketer to join the EMEA Business Marketing team, joining a regional group who create, lead and co-ordinate the value proposition and articulation of the Facebook Family for Business across the region. They will work with the Head of Channel Marketing to develop and launch targeted marketing activities/programs that scale the Facebook story through our Facebook Marketing Partners. Facebook Marketing Partners deliver big impact for their organizations by building on our Marketing API to power better marketing for brands and agencies on Facebook and Instagram. They will work with relevant in-country Business Marketing Managers and with sales, product and creative leaders across EMEA.

This a full-time position and can be located within the EMEA region in Dublin or London.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Develop positioning and messaging of the Facebook Marketing Partner program, along with supporting digital presence and collateral, in collaboration with product marketing, our regional marketing teams, internal and external agencies and key stakeholders.

*

Co-ordinate and launch excellent marketing activities/programs that scale the Facebook story through Marketing Partners and help them drive real value, driving new business growth – for themselves and Facebook.

*

Create and scale excellent programs to acquire, educate and enable our Facebook Marketing Partners.

*

Promote the value of the Marketing Partner Program through digital media, channels and platforms, events, PR and co-marketing.

*

Enable and activate the value proposition across the EMEA sales teams.

*

Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including sales, partnerships, global partner marketing, internal/external agencies and legal.

*

Continue to build and activate a channel marketing approach for Facebook Marketing Partners across EMEA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

BA/BS degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

*

5+ years of experience in a marketing strategy role in digital marketing, web technology, strategic consulting and/or advertising with global brands or agencies.

*

Expert in marketing strategy, messaging, content development and building scalable programmes.

*

Superb cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

*

Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to produce strong written content, with excellent attention to detail.

*

Ability to translate complex concepts and insights into simple and intuitive marketing programs.

*

Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to our marketing campaigns.

*

Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment across multiple time zones and teams.
