As the Claims Manager you will be leading a
professional, engaging, motivated, customer-focused work environment, conducive
to delivering the highest level of service and quality.
Not only will you be leading and maintaining a
high-performance team, you will be ensuring that the customer is the main focus
throughout service delivery, respecting regulatory guidelines and AXA’s policies
To be successful in this role you will be able to
demonstrate the following skills and experience –
Proven experience of people management in a leadership role
* Experience of mentoring, developing and getting the best out of people
* Experience of KPIs, SLAs and Quality Management standards
* Experience of budget and operational management
* Claims management experience
* An excellent communicator, capable of relationship building, influencing and asserting opinion at all levels
* Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic
* High level time management skills are essential.
* A high degree of drive and commitment is a must together with a positive can-do attitude.
* Excellent standard of written English and Mathematics
salary for this role is up to £30,000
depending on experience and will be based in our Redhill office in Surrey.
