An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Development Coordinator to join one of the world's leading law firms with the purpose of supporting the development of deeper and stronger relationships with the firm's Global Strategic Clients.
The Client Development Coordinator will not be aligned to particular clients, but will support the Client Development Managers regarding their respective client portfolios. This will provide the role holder with a breadth of development experience and client knowledge. Your responsibilities can be broadly split across two areas; client development and account management. From a client development perspective you will be involved in client information and research, client planning, pitching, client feedback and with the organisation and planning of events, seminars and training. On the account management side you will be expected to build your knowledge of the firm's financial systems and financial management of client relationships and will be tasked with maintaining client team lists and distribution lists, arranging calls and meetings and maintaining client intranet sites. Internal team meetings, relationship communications and maintenance of secondment information will also represent important aspects of the role.
For the role, you must be an intelligent and pragmatic graduate or equivalent with experience of working in a business development team within a professional services environment and be able to demonstrate a track record of working pro-actively to produce work of the highest standard. In addition, the Client Development Coordinator should have strong project management, computing, and oral and written communication skills and, above all, enjoy working under pressure, striving continuously to improve both quality of delivery and your own personal performance.
