A global law firm are seeking an ambitious Client Development Executive with a 'can do' attitude to assist in driving an exciting phase of growth for the business.
The current Client Development team is highly commercial with a fantastic team spirit. The Client Development Executive will be a bright, commercially aware and client focused individual who is excited by the prospect of working with Heads of Legal to help deliver resourcing solutions for their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Client Development Manager with managing the end to end client sales process, which includes sourcing and effectively qualifying new client leads; pitching to clients for business; establishing new and long-term client relationships; taking the client brief; sourcing suitable legal consultants; negotiating commercial terms; and closing deals. It is a fast-moving process that requires an individual with drive and tenacity.
You will have previous experience in a client-facing business development role in a professional services environment. You will also have a track record of delivering excellent client service. Proactive, with exceptional communication and organisational skills, the Client Development Executive will also possess a meticulous eye for detail.
