We are lucky enough to be working with one of the most exciting digital agencies in West Sussex! Already being a familiar name on global brand agency roster's it is now looking for a Client Development Manager to join and help with the acquisition of new clients via business development activities. You will work closely with the existing team to deliver growth and optimisation strategies for clients encompassing analytics, insight, test ideation, test completion and analysis - and of course implementation.

The duties will include:

  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Overseeing preparation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
  • Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales
  • Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process
  • Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector
  • Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as building strong relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
  • Driving peak performance and sales success across the organisation
  • Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements

Experience needed:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through lead generation activities
  • Spotting market opportunities for acquiring new customers

For your application to be successful you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience and strong understanding of web technologies, ecommerce platforms and marketing technology stacks for online optimisation and revenue growth
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Formal sales training would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients, ideally within ecommerce environments
