A leading audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, with a national presence to complement their international reach, require an outstanding individual to fill an exciting and unique role as part of the firm's Client Insight team.
The Client Insight Executive will work closely with the Head of Client Insight to manage programmes which underpin the firm's marketing and business development strategy. The role will deliver key UK programmes and develop them in line with the firm's business strategy and industry best practice. Main responsibilities will be to support the development of business plans, national reports and internal communications, assist in the delivery of the firm-wide client care programme, manage the proposal hub repository and develop and manage new client insight programmes and tools where required.
You will need to be bright academically, with previous experience of undertaking a similar role within a professional services firm, preferably accountancy, to include experience of providing training. The successful candidate will have a 'can do' approach and must enjoy working as part of a team and with senior stakeholders. In addition, the Client Insight Executive must possess proven project management and excellent Excel skills. A good understanding of CRM and proposal tools is highly desirable.
