Description

AXA PPP healthcare have a great position for a Client Relationship Account Manager in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We are looking for someone to drive the retention of Individual and SME International Business through International Intermediaries and be a dedicated internal account manager for an assigned portfolio of brokers, building relationships and generating new business volume.

The role

*

Manage renewals portfolio ensuring groups and individuals are contacted before renewal, identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and providing all information to ensure retention.

*

Portfolio management and broker relationship management: Encourage further growth of broker book

*

Keep abreast of developments to team processes, international products, protocols and competitor information and ensure the relevant information is cascaded throughout the broker channel and their feedback is shared with the appropriate departments to drive product and service developments.

*

Customer journey management: Collaborate pro-actively with internal teams, including Marketing, GCS, Commercial, Underwriting etc. to ensure that the customer journey is streamlined and we act as “one business”.

Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of the team’s monthly report by recording latest wins, conversion rates, status of outstanding quotes and progress against target and regional insights and opportunity recognition through Access Database

*

Technical Knowledge: Keep abreast of developments to both International product offerings (e.g. benefit revisions, rule changes) and new protocols (e.g. eligibility)

*

Internal Collaboration: Support team members in periods of absence and areas as and when the business needs requires

*

Compliance: Handle every broker by telephone, email or in writing according to FCA guidelines including TCF

Qualifications

Your skills & Experience

*

Working knowledge of competitor products within the marketplace.

*

Working knowledge of the range of health insurance products available both from AXA and in the marketplace.

*

Customer focused with strong questioning and listening skills, coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

*

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

*

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

*

Energetic, driven, motivated, focused

*

Good relationship building skills with internal teams

*

Good experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment

*

Up to date system, process and protocol knowledge, validated through training for all new systems and processes with the ability to explain business processes in a coherent way to Intermediaries

*
