We are looking for a Client Success Executive to come and join our Technology Solutions team based in our Brighton offices.
Experience in digital marketing, Higher Education, or account management field is desirable, but we will also consider recent graduates.

The Client Success Executive Role:
The main goal of this role is to develop lasting relationships with clients that use our technology and to be the point of contact for their use of these products and services.
In particular, it is to provide training, support and account management to the users of our software (Marketing and admissions technology for education institutions & course providers) to ensure effective use of the platform and satisfied clients.
This position will be the first point of contact for internal and external users and will be the conduit between clients, the delivery services and technology teams. You will contribute to the growth and development of the platform by identifying opportunities for additional services amongst existing users.
You will be responsible for...
+ Account management of clients using proprietary technology solutions including renewal of licences and upselling of other agency services.
+ Becoming an expert on our technology solutions to ensure that they are being implemented and used successfully.
+ Supporting the Head of Technology Solutions with the implementation of our non-proprietary technology solutions such as call-tracking.
+ Responding to support tickets from clients looking for assistance with our technology solutions.
+ Supporting the Head of Technology Solutions with the other areas of the department, including developing innovative and effective nurture campaigns for our clients and advising on best practice for GDPR-compliant marketing.
+ Writing blog posts and contributing to webinars.
+ Experience in digital marketing, Higher Education, or account management field is desirable, but we will also consider recent graduates
+ If you are a recent graduate, any degree which has shown critical thinking and the ability to creatively solve problems will be considered
+ Familiarity with marketing automation systems is desirable but not essential
+ Curiosity for new technology is essential
+ Personable and friendly
+ Interested and interesting - an inquisitive person with a wide range of interests
+ Productive with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills and written English
+ Curious about all aspects of student and youth marketing
