What it's all about
Reporting to Head of Commercial Digital Development, the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager will have dual responsibility across commercial CRM and digital solutions.
For CRM the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager will be the go-to person at Global for all things commercial CRM and will manage end-to-end commercial campaigns through booking, production and reporting.
Digital Solutions management will be of a specific agency patch to ensure creative, innovative digital ideas are integrated into Global Solutions campaigns.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creative solutions and customer experience who will relish the opportunity to champion CRM and digital within our commercial pitches
Managing the CRM revenue line, focusing on achieving monthly and quarterly targets. (regionally and nationally)
Managing all CRM inventory bookings (regionally and nationally)
Creating weekly reports on all commercial CRM activity to regional and national sales teams plus any sales collatoral
Update CRM database volumes and rates on a monthly basis and communicate back to the business.
Drive integration of new digital opportunities across all parts of commercial business from broadcast to events
Showcase digital innovation within team with a view to gaining new briefs and positioning Global as a company of digital scale and ambition
Work with CBC team to ensure digital innovation is part of their day to day idea generation
Day to day responsibility for representing digital solutions within creative brainstorms
Raise the profile of Global's integrated digital offering with clients and agencies
Develop and champion ‘native’ opportunities
Maximise revenues in new financial year by harnessing the power of digital ‘story-telling’ across all our platforms.
Strong stakeholder experience, must be confident to present to teams around the business (regional and national).
Highly organised: You’ll need to manage a multi-station calendar of CRM inventory bookings and mangage digital elements of solutions campaigns.
Proactive: You’ll be championing CRM revenue generation opportunities to interactive sales teams and creating CRM presentation assets to aid sales pitches.
Data driven: Understand how a CRM database works (top level) and how audience segments can be used to drive higher engagement
CRM Tech savvy: Experience of working with email deployment ESPs (ideally)
Effective communicator: You can clearly explain and present your ideas, observations and findings with excellent presentation and personal skills.

Experience working within CRM and/or digital direct marketing.
Hands-on email and/or direct marketing campaign management including experience in a sales environment
