Market complexity


The role offers you the opportunity to work in an international team, experiencing the diversity that is the GT business. Operating in a diverse, dynamic environment, this role functions across a multi-country, multi-currency and multiple time zonal setting, serving a wide diversity of customers and operating in a complex mix of regulatory environments.


About the role…


Our Commercial Planning and Activation Analyst role is at the heart of the commercial effectiveness challenges having to orchestrate multiple stakeholder to guarantee the bridge between commercial (sales field) and internal areas (Marketing/Customer Marketing/Innovation).

As a Commercial Planning and Activation Analyst you will define the guidance, content, pace and tracking of all in-store activities in order to beat the competition and win through execution.


About you and your background:


• Strong and demonstrable experience in Customer Marketing, coupled with commercial experience would be advantageous

• High level of analytical capability, using data and research to understand customers and categories and building compelling proposals from analysis

• Demonstrate Channel/Customer understanding that can be leveraged at pace

• Be a compelling seller, stakeholder influencer and excellent communicator and presenter with adaptability of style

• Excellent project management and commercial planning skills
