Joining them as Communications Executive, you will assist in the delivery and management of all communication activities for the Home Energy business sector. You’ll be deeply involved with how we communicate with our customers and how we promote the Home Energy business both internally and externally.
This is a very varied role where you will be responsible for delivering internal and external communications, reporting on and managing customer communications, creating content and developing collateral.
We require a person who has the customers’ needs in their mind at all time. You’re eager to work across a wide-range of marketing disciplines and can implement and manage projects efficiently.
Your focus will be on creating and maintaining excellent customer communications and content. This includes our welcome journey for new customers, in-life comms, regulatory updates, retention campaigns, collateral for events, external media projects, web content, PR activities, internal comms, social media and promotional materials.
As well as this, you’ll also be the internal champion of their Home Energy, promoting the department to the rest of the UK-business and raising the profile of the exciting work they’re doing.
You will be expected to take ownership of their communications journey, regularly audit necessary letters, emails and comms and report back on areas that may need improvement. You’ll work with various parts of the business to create a wide array of collateral and content for multiple projects.
This role is ideal for an ambitious marketing executive or skilled language/marketing graduate looking to work in a busy, expanding, marketing team. They require a highly organised, self-motivated individual with a passion for communications and customers, with the ability to work on a wide array of tasks.
The applicant should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. They will also have an understanding of customer communications suites, CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and CMS programs (like UMBRACO or WordPress). You must have proven organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to build positive relationships.
Committed to a high standard of performance, you will have a strong customer focus and drive to achieve continuous improvement. You should have a high degree of computer literacy, great writing skills and have excellent communication skills to allow you to deal constructively with internal and external parties.
