We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Executive Literature, Marketing Operations to join our team based in Milton Keynes. This role will involve being focussed on shaping and maintaining the Santander literature customer journey, making Santander ahead of the game when it comes to information supplied to customers across all channels.

The Literature team is responsible for developing and maintaining Santander’s customer literature across all segments – Retail, Mortgages, Wealth and Corporate & Commercial Bank. This means the team works with many departments across the bank, giving exposure to many different stakeholders.

As a Communications Executive Literature, Marketing Operations your main responsibilities will be

* Managing the many business demands for change whilst implementing regular regulatory changes to Literature range.

* Understanding and reviewing when necessary the customer journey from a literature perspective, improving the journey where required by streamlining and improving information given.

* Exploring alternative media to display literature notably by exploring digital options to provide collateral to customers (internal and external).

* Working with all the product teams, compliance and other key business areas (including digital and retail teams) to completely grasp the end to end journey.

* Drawing on your own and peers experiences and working with key stakeholders, explore and shape what and how the information should be given to customers now and in the future.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Project and stakeholder management skills.

* Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

* Demonstrable understanding of customers, industry, competitor activity, and ability to keep abreast of development opportunities notably in the digital space.

* Previous experience in a Retail banking branch or Corporate & Commercial Bank with strong/expert knowledge of the business development process.

Salary – £25-30,000
