But we need help.

We’re looking for a motivated Communications Manager who is passionate about bringing people together. We’re a big company, and we need someone who is happy to chat with everyone, from our field agents to our Managing Director. 

As the Communication Manager, you will source information from across departments and branches, and deliver it to the company through emails and by writing and managing content. You will be in charge and manage our new intranet platform. You will also work closely with the HR Director to enhance employer branding and promote company projects. 

You’ll be given opportunities to plan and promote company events and be responsible for proposing innovative communications strategies. Additionally, there will be occasional projects with our marketing department. 

We’re currently doing a huge push for new hires, which means you will work with recruitment to develop, implement, and retarget key campaigns. We will also need new content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and job sites. This is one area where a former copywriter might shine – we need someone who can draw people in with snappy content. 

That’s why this position is perfect for someone with a digital marketing background who wants to move towards an HR-oriented profession, though we are of course happy to meet applicants who already have experience with internal communications and/or writing content for job ads.

2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Internal Communications, or a similar role

Strong communication and writing skills

Demonstrated experience using the following platforms: Wordpress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Google Analytics, Social media platforms – especially Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite

Motivation to take on projects and make them his/her own

Innovative plans for improving our internal communication strategy

Experience organising and managing events

Ability to see the big picture while setting daily goals and plans

A results-oriented mindset: passionate about following KPIs, performing A/B testing, and monitoring audience engagement

Ability to occasionally travel (expenses paid) to our offices abroad
