Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of care and housing services for older people.  They are committed to promoting independence and choice, and are looking for someone to help them make a very real difference to the services they offer their customers, and to their quality of life.

They are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Communications Manager who can drive the delivery of creative and engaging corporate and employee communications.
 
Supporting the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you will manage the marketing communications team on a day to day basis, supporting the production of creative content and managing campaigns to increase brand visibility and ensure that stakeholders are aware of the valuable work that they do.
 
An experienced communicator, you will also lead our internal communications programme, engaging staff across multiple locations.
 
The role would best suit a creative, driven and self-motivated communications professional, with some experience of line management, who is keen to work for a not-for-profit, values based organisation and make a real difference to the lives of older people of modest means.

To be considered for this role in brief you will need:

•    At least six years of marketing and communications experience (essential)
•    A comprehensive knowledge of digital communications (essential)
•    Experience leading internal communications (desirable)
•    Line management experience (desirable)
•    Knowledge of the social housing and care sectors an advantage but not essential (desirable)

As an employee you will receive, a clear Induction pathway and training, Career progression, a 35 hours full time equivalent working week, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

You will also be eligible to join the pension scheme, receive Income protection, Life Cover and you may join one of their many salary sacrifice schemes they currently have available.

Flexible working arrangements can be considered for this role.
