We are working with a top property development company, who manage a number of premium sites including offices and retail. The company is global but this role is positioned in central London working on London property.
As Community Manager this role will be all about interacting and working with people in the local areas. This could mean building relationships with the local authority to finding local charities to partner with. As well as working with public services and potential educational institutions.
You would be vital in creating an engaging and vibrant community by connecting people.
Which could mean planning networking opportunists, growing support for local charities or retail experiential activities. This will involve gathering data on business's objectives and identifying opportunity's that will help them to meet these.
This role would liaise with the inhouse studio, digital, marketing and PR teams to delivery plans and work on strategy's.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills
• Able to project manage and have experience doing this and managing relationships
• Good organisational skill
• Experience with retail/ have an understanding.
• Some experience with event management
• Ability to be innovative, and think on your feet, while also being commercially minded.
