Consumer & Shopper Insight Manager – FMCG

Challenging new role with global FMCG powerhouse with a portfolio of leading brands across the world, offering day-to-day responsibility for the consumer & shopper insight agenda for a number of brands in the UK market. Working closely with UK brand and commercial teams, and global insights colleagues, you’ll use your skills to build a deep understanding of the consumer and shopper agenda – identifying insights and helping to turn these into powerful communications and brand growth strategies across the complete consumer journey from engagement to purchase on-line or in store.
Specific responsibilities include:
Proven experience in a fast-paced and busy FMCG business and/or a leading research/insight agency is key for this challenging role. You will have been exposed to a wide range of research methodologies and enjoy seeking out new ways to get under the consumer and shopper’s skin. Your experience will span brand equity/health, go-to-market launch strategies and communications development, working in conjunction with research agency partners, both continuous/syndicated and ad-hoc. Strong commercial savvy is key with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
