The Role: The Content Marketing Manager will report directly in to the Head of Marketing Communications, sitting amongst a wider team to support and develop the performance potential of the company, drive sales and increase external awareness. Autonomously, creatively and analytically you will support and execute campaigns guided through integrated marketing strategies. You will use and trust your initiative to create engaging and insightful content and self-direct strategically using several different channels.

Responsibilities for the Content Marketing Manager include:

  • Delivering and executing a full marketing content plan, meeting the overall strategy
  • Working alongside the Digital Manager to build, update and optimise website copy
  • Planning and executing full email marketing campaigns and automation using Pardot
  • Planning and executing external and internal events whilst working with stakeholders and design to create full sales and marketing collateral
  • Create a suite of content to be used for lead generation purposes

Requirements for the role of Content Marketing Manager include:

  • 5+ years of full-mixed marketing and communications experience
  • B2B experience, preferably from a FinTech background
  • A relevant BSc degree is preferable
  • 3+ years Salesforce and Pardot experience
  • Highly creative, autonomous and driven individual with experience working with corporate identity and brand guidelines
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent written communication targeting a wide range of audiences

Company: Our client is a leading FinTech company, providing FX solutions to businesses worldwide. Dealing in over 50 currencies, our client is a market leader turning over £50 million yearly with an average deal size of £250k. As a result of this large deal size, the company run through a long sales cycle, typically lasting from 3 months to 3 years. You will be instrumental in keeping clients engaged throughout the lengthy process. The company are looking to double their turnover over the next few years, and so are looking to expand the team in line with this growth.

The package for Content Marketing Manager:

  • £42-50k basic salary
