Join this exciting, award winning and hugely influential social enterprise/SaaS firm in a pivotal Content Marketing & Social Media Manager role.

As part of its close knit Marketing and Brand Team you’ll have the chance to build a content strategy to drive traffic and engagement, and create leads for a fast-paced Business Development Team, and increase customer retention. Their target audiences are HR, Recruitment and CSR professionals (right up to C-level) and ideally you'll have strong knowledge of channels where content will be shared to get best exposure and uptake. In this Content Marketing & Social Media Manager  you'll own tone of voice across all work and ensure other team members are on brand; you become a strong internal brand ambassador! You'll run social media initiatives, work closely with the digital marketing, support webinar and (when it returns) event based marketing content, liaise with PR agencies and other related external partners, and so much more besides.

Essentially you must be from a primarily B2B content marketing//social media background with strong content/writing skills, and ideally have worked in a SaaS orientated firm/environment or similar. You'll be familiar with Salesforce/Pardot too, and it’s advantageous if you've had any exposure to HR, recruitment or similar too.
