About the role:
Reporting to the PR & Corporate Relationship Manager, the Creative Associate will be responsible for driving creative solutions that bring communications alive with high visual impact to influence the way people think, feel and act. Working across internal, digital and public relations.
You will need to listen to clients’ needs and use innovative design solutions to meet their business requirements. Provide creative flair using the appropriate channels and style to meet customer objectives. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that create impact to influence stakeholder behaviour.
The successful candidate will hold an appropriate creative design qualification as well as having proven design experience and show creative flair, versatility, conceptual / visual ability and originality. You will be up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.).
You will have the ability to recognise, develop and effectively promote new creative opportunities for our client and excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to explain and sell ideas to colleagues
You should have the ability to travel between sites and to meet external commitment as well as flexibility to work when needed outside normal working hours.
