This respected packaging and branding design agency are part of a Global Solutions Company (although proud of their Yorkshire roots!) who delivers services across the entire packaging launch process for FMCG brands. As an agency they offer strategic brand design through pack science graphics, legal sign off and digital solutions. They manage clients projects from initial concept through to their product launch.
Due to growth they are looking for an energetic and inspiring Creative Director to direct, lead, motivate and develop a team of talented designers to push the boundaries on creative and key visuals for global brands.
You will be responsible for delivering strategic award-winning brand and packaging design for an impressive range of popular household retail and FMCG brands in the UK and Internationally.
What We're Looking For:
You'll be an experienced Creative Director, or Design Director who is ready for your next challenge. You must have a good few years of agency experience behind you and it's essential you can demonstrate your brand and packaging experience in your impressive portfolio.
You will lead the projects creatively and will be the ideas person behind the design, driving the conceptual thinking in the agency creating and presenting pitches.
You will work collaboratively and discuss projects and ideas with the Executive Creative Director/s in the business who are based in London, sharing creative best practice for the benefit of the whole group.
You will be a strategic and innovative thinker, an excellent communicator at all levels and when pitching you will have a natural ability to engage with clients and sell ideas in a confident manner. You will ideally come from a brand and packaging background, already at a senior level and will have a proven track record working on market leading retail accounts.
You'll work with the group business development and marketing teams to instigate any business development and PR opportunities. You'll join the client team attending new business client briefings and take a creative lead in new business pitches.
We would expect you to have at least four year's management experience working across brand and packaging design, ideally with a mix of retail and branded clients.
