As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be an essential team member tasked with inspiring and influencing how advertisers build strategies, concept ideas and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the next set of Facebook ad platforms.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a background in art direction, photography, motion or visual arts. You're a creative thinker and maker with a passion for social and tech. Your personal IG Stories feed is full of great stuff. You are as happy to craft ideas from scratch as you're consulting agencies and brands to extend theirs onto our platforms.

As an awesome team player, you love to work with a mix of people from different disciplines but you're also comfortable to get stuck in by yourself. The thought of leading a conversation or workshop with senior clients excites you. You’re extremely proactive, creating opportunities to impact for your team in a highly dynamic work environment. This role is based in our London offices.

Responsibilities

Continually inspire our clients and creative agencies with a vision for their brands, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed

*
Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities

*
Partner with Creative Agencies to ship lighthouse advertising campaigns

*
Work with cross-functional teams to refine your ideas for maximum impact on the Facebook Platform

*
Be a thought leader on how mobile and people-based marketing is fundamentally changing brand marketing

*
Work hands-on to produce beautiful work. This is a position for creators

*
Scale your team’s ideas across the globe

Minimum Qualifications

*
Experience as an art director/creative director, either with a creative agency, an in-house creative team or a from a non-traditional content creator

*
Storytelling, and visual communications skills

*
Experience with local and global brands

*
Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done at Facebook – this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here

*
Drive for agility, breaking the mold, reinventing new ways of working and moving fast

*
Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint

*
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus
