Creative Shop are looking for a Creative Strategist who has worked as a creative Planner across integrated advertising agencies, in-house creative teams and/or digital production companies. You must have an appetite for experimentation and learning and should be passionate about shipping great work. You’ll be tasked with inspiring and influencing how advertisers create and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and next set of our ad platforms.

The right candidate should embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences. Most of all, we're looking for people who want to make things that matter to millions of people who come to our platforms every day.

This is a full-time position based in our London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising

* Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business

* Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead projects end-to-end — insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production

* Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities

* Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways

* Develop holistic Facebook solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients

* Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies to make your and their ideas shine on the Facebook platforms

* Be a thought leader on how mobile technology is fundamentally changing consumer behavior and brand marketing

* Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms

* Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Fluency in both English and Turkish is required

* 8+ years of experience as a creative Planner or Strategist within the advertising industry

* Understanding of brand marketing and media communication

* Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums

* Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions

* Able to Influence C-level clients and creative agencies

* Proven ability to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation

* Proven ability to manage the execution and production of their creative ideas from A to Z

* Storytelling, and visual communications skills

* Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done at Facebook – this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here

* Have a mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space
