Our Finance team are currently going through an exciting period of change and are therefore recruiting a Credit Controller to join our team based in our Eastbourne office, on a 6 month fixed term contract!

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a friendly and supportive team, and grow their experience further within Credit Control.

Please note that we are happy to discuss flexibility with set working hours (start/finish times), as well as part time hours.

This is a very dynamic role offering a wide scope of responsibilities, including:

* Liaising with relevant stakeholders on a daily basis, such as Account Managers and commercial clients
* Undertaking core Credit Control activities such as:
* Issuing letters and statements
* Chasing clients for outstanding debts
* Completing reconciliations, month-end checks, statements and reports to meet deadlines
* Prepare reports for weekly meetings, raising any changes to debt to wider team
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and managers across the business
* Liaise with wider AXA departments as required


We are looking for someone with experience working within a Credit Control finance function, you will be results focused, have good influencing skills, and strong attention to detail.
You will also have experience of reporting, capable Microsoft Excel skills, and you will be confident building and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Working as part of a wider operational team of 6, you will need to support your colleagues and work as part of the team to ensure deadlines are achieved.
