CRM Analyst

xxLondon - North Actonxx

Purpose

To co-ordinate the build, deliver and deployment of all CRM Marketing campaigns across all brands in the group (including CurrysPCworld, Carphone Warehouse, PCWorld-Business & iDMobile) and in optimising the performance of all campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Capacity Plan all tasks for the CRM Campaign Team (including the agencies), keeping a consistent viewpoint of resource capacity up to 4-6 weeks into future.
* Manage stakeholder expectations promptly, whilst ensuring stakeholder adhere to briefing process
* Plan and Forecast the eligible base across all networks
* Ensure compliance and manage the customer preference processes to ensure that data protection requirements are adhered to(e.g. updating suppression files, TPS, MPS, Opt-outs)
* Set up and manage on-going process by which all new work requests (for new campaigns, analysis, extracts etc.) are standardised in terms of content
* Provide weekly status document tracking all workload requests vs. team capacity and communicate to all stakeholders
* Manage a team of campaign analyst and
* Co-ordinate deployment with fulfilment teams (Outbound/Inbound/Agencies)

Accountability

* Campaign briefing and delivery process
* Inputting and executing campaign briefs
* Operational campaign management (targeting, scheduling & accuracy)

Skills/Experience

* Solid people management and development skills
* Expert project management skills
* Detail-oriented
* Calm under pressure
* Expert on campaign management and fulfilment tools
* Excellent data manipulation skills
* Excellent statistical skill on data forecasting
