Job Description:

The Body Shop International is recruiting a full time CRM analytics planner within the EMEA. The role is responsible for supporting the CRM team with the delivery of the CRM strategy, primarily supporting the markets; through the provision of customer insight and reporting. Through the use of analysis, forecasting and customer segmentation using a mix of Siebel responsys and SAS, you will ultimately build a better understanding of our customer database.

The role in a nutshell

Customer Strategy Support:

* Perform analysis using the customer database as well as external data sources to help target marketing efforts and overall marketing activities
* Conduct financial analysis such as ROI calculations on ad hoc basis
* Provide regular KPl reports on the performance of the CRM/ marketing customer strategy and The Body Shop loyalty programme
* Support market teams in the provision of clear campaign performance analysis e.g. channel performance
* Data mining to support recommendations for future marketing promotions, sales programs, customer events and loyalty programs
* Work alongside the IT team to identify resolve any issues with the customer data highlighted through campaign set up and analysis
* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

What you’ll need

* Strong proficiency in analysing data
* Data mining and database marketing using Siebel preferred)/Oracle/Teradata/Business Objects etc.
* Campaign measurement (operational performance, incremental sales and ROI)
* SAS programming
* Experience in direct marketing selections and analysis driving increased revenue and profitability.
