A leading international law firm are looking for an outstanding CRM specialist to join their dynamic London team.
The role holder will be supporting around 7 managers and will thus enjoy excellent exposure. Liaising with partners and business teams globally across the firm, the CRM Coordinator will assist in the management and development of the firm's priority clients and will provide support in servicing the needs of these clients. The successful applicant will support efforts both internally and externally to develop new and also maximise opportunities from existing CRM-led client relationships. Coordinating and managing client-focused marketing and business development activities will represent an important element of this challenging role.
This firm are looking for the brightest talents out there so you will need to have a strong academic background or equivalent allied to some CRM or BD experience gained in a professional services environment, most likely either accountancy or legal. A real interest in developing specialist knowledge in CRM or account management is highly desirable. Organised and enthusiastic with strong project management skills, the CRM Coordinator will also require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with partners.
