This brand-new role offers the opportunity to join a growing CRM team and work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we are constantly striving to enhance the relevance and performance of our customer communications across all 12 of our markets.
The CRM database analyst will own the management of our customer data; providing actionable insights on our customer’s behaviours and campaigns, and building on the current customer segmentation and profiling to ensure all communications are optimised and personalised.
+ Ensure we have a deep understanding of who our customer is, why and when they shop, how they interact with the brand and what their lifetime value is
+ Utilise this knowledge to identify any trends and opportunities
+ Provide regular insights to the wider team to drive performance and inform our marketing approach across all channels
+ Review and build on current customer segmentation to ensure we communicate to customers more effectively and efficiently
+ Oversee the approach and analysis of complex multivariant testing ensuring all tests reach a strong level of significance before maturing
+ Identify any gaps in our customer data and develop strategies with the head of CRM for filling these
+ Work closely with both internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure we are capturing, collating and storing our customer data lawfully and systematically from internal sources and 3rd party suppliers
+ Assess and optimise current processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in everything we do
+ Advocate a customer-centric mindset across the business
Ideal Candidate Specification:
+ Solid experience in an analyst or data scientist role
+ Ability to manipulate large, raw data sets
+ Experience in and knowledge of statistical and analytics techniques, including propensity modelling, segmentation, churn analysis, clustering, etc.
+ Advanced excel skills
+ Proficient at using SQL or similar
+ BigQuery and GA360 knowledge preferable
+ Commercially-minded with the ability to translate analysis findings into revenue generating initiatives
+ A problem solver not afraid to challenge the status quo
