A leading regional legal firm based in the Southeast has a vacancy for a CRM & Data Executive to join its successful team.
Reporting to the Director of BD and Marketing, the role holder will be based in the firm's Tunbridge Wells office and will work closely with Partners and the ICT, BD & Marketing and Projects teams. Championing usage of InterAction and sharing of relevant client and contact information across the firm, the CRM & Data Executive will be responsible for the firm's CRM system and CRM data management, promoting, helping evolve and ensuring adherence to the firm's data standards and championing best practice. You will ensure that the firm's CRM systems and e-marketing systems are used effectively in support of the firm's marketing and BD activities and goals. Specific duties will include data quality and management, reporting and analysis, system enhancements and updates and the provision of training and coaching on best practice.
The ideal candidate will have past experience within a in a CRM role in a professional services environment, ideally legal. InterAction experience is useful but not essential for someone with a demonstrable aptitude for data and understanding of relational databases. You must be accustomed to working without close supervision but maintaining a regular information flow particularly with team members and all internal clients and have experience of supervising and training staff. The CRM & Data Executive will preferably be a graduate, however, experience is more important than academic qualifications.
