An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced CRM Database Manager to join the Business Development department of a leading international law firm. The firm is supported by an outstanding brand and is renowned in the sector for being very different.
The Digital Team is responsible for the firm's Client Relationship Management system and email marketing tool. The firm are looking for an experienced CRM practitioner to help promote CRM adoption across the firm, drive the development of the CRM roadmap and ensure this is aligned to the wider digital and content strategy. The team also manages the firm's online presence and digital reputation across the firm's website and social media activities, as well as the internal intranet channel and the role therefore requires some broader digital skills. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the successful candidate will manage the ongoing roll out of the CRM programme including user training, ongoing data quality improvement, integration projects and reporting. Evaluating emerging trends and technologies and generating ideas to improve the firm's approach to CRM and campaigns, you will take ownership of the client database, implementing processes and training the various stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive client data in maintained at all times, and develop a segmentation and data structure strategy to provide maximum ROI from CRM. Working with the wider Business Development team and other internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality data driven campaigns, in line with the firm's content strategy. You will advise on best practices in format, distribution and measurement and analyse the performance of email campaigns, providing stakeholder reports, and look at ways to improve campaign efficiency, making recommendations and implementing changes based on the data. The CRM Database Manager will also support the Head of Digital on major development and transformational projects and to ensure content on the firm's internal and external online channels is prepared and published to a high standard using various Content Management Systems and social media. The ongoing development of the teams Digital Executives will represent an important element of this challenging role.
The role holder will join a highly regarded team and will require an excellent academic background allied to previous professional services experience developing CRM strategy, including data quality management, segmentation, system integration and campaign development. The CRM Database Manager must also possess expert understanding of Dynamics 365, experience of working with integrated email marketing tools, strong data and analytical capability and a working knowledge of HTML & CSS. Confident, pro-active and organised with a high attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills, the successful candidate will also have a proven ability and willingness to take the initiative and challenge the status quo.
