An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. The purpose of this role is to manage the CRM and Digital B2B campaign strategy within the Foodservice and Licensed channel and to develop and embed our new Sensational Drinks digital and CRM platform capability.
As CRM & Digital Campaign Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for accelerating our capability to use digital CRM and technology within the B2B environment, to improve the reach and effectiveness of trade engagement and drive conversion, upsell and retention, delivering and increased ROI on our channel marketing spend.
Day to day responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver the FS&L channel shopper CRM and digital campaign strategy, including budget, to deliver a more effective engagement approach with our customers
* Work collaboratively with the shopper and category marketing team, plus wider stakeholders to develop and implement new ways of working and embed new CRM and digital platforms, including CMS, CRM and automated marketing capability
* Develop collaborative plans alongside the wider Sensational Drinks delivery team to ensure seamless omni-channel delivery of Britvic customer experience.
* Be the CRM digital expert; Seeking out new trends, innovations & new news.
* Develop, embed & manage our Sensational drinks platform, ensuring we are over delivering against objectives and we are behaving as strategic partners to our customers.
* Manage relevant partner agencies to ensure effective delivery of projects on time and within budget
* Manage the Sensational Drinks budget to ensure that it comes in on budget, we adhere to financial process & governance, plus demonstrate the ROI of all spend
What we’re looking for in a CRM & Digital Campaign Marketing Manager:
* Strong B2B online marketing experience within an FMCG or Retail environment
* A proven understanding and experience of optimising ROI from digital CRM strategies
* Hands on experience of Web/CRM platforms for lead generation and retention as well as B2B data management
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Experience of managing marketing budgets
