CRM Manager, Dunstable -
We're excited to be working alongside a well-known, innovative organisation who are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the business to help create and deliver initiatives for top quality end to end customer experiences and brand loyalty. You'll have extensive knowledge of implementing CRM packages for multiple global consumer brands, experience with driving ROI from extensive database programmes and proven expertise in data and technology. This role has a strong strategic element so candidates applying must have experience in this area!
The CRM Manager will take full control of the strategic function which involves managing and delivering the customer engagement and loyalty plan across the business, making sure it is targeted and precise to reach the intended audience. You'll be ensuring that customers are receiving the relevant information at optimal consistency as well as use applicable data and resources to deliver relevant customer relation activities. Creating, adapting and delivering a wide range of customer loyalty and retention programmes will also be key to your role.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic CRM professional to take on a role in an established, constantly growing and well-respected company. Please note that this role ideally requires someone with at least 7 years CRM or Marketing experience. Due to the location of this Dunstable-based office, this role is easily-commutable from Cambridge, Royston, Harlow, Luton, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Hatfield, Bishops Stortford, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead.
