One of the world's leading law firms is looking for a client development specialist with a real passion for relationship management who will be tasked with evolving the firm's key account and client feedback programmes.
Acting as a champion of the use of the firm's CRM software across the business, the role holder will need to position themselves as both an internal and external expert and educate and demonstrate to the firm the value a structured team approach to client management can bring. The CRM Manager will lead and develop the key account programme and ensure the principles of key account management filter down and are adopted by the rest of the business, improving the way the firm works with clients, and also ensure key account management, client feedback and CRM integrate with all other areas of marketing and business development. You will also support the client relationship partners to lead their respective cross practice account teams and advise Partners on strategic client relationship management
You will need to have a strong academic background allied to extensive CRM experience, gained working for whilst working in another top law or professional services firm to include proven experience of successfully leading key account programmes and client feedback programmes. Organised, proactive and self-motivated, you will also require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with senior internal clients.
