The company you will be joining is re-platforming their CRM programme across to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Enabling a more sophisticated CRM customer marketing capability, including marketing automation and more data centric, targeted campaign delivery.
You will be the champion for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Using the platform to build demand generation, retention and lifecycle campaigns. Establishing customer journey communications, and establishing automated marketing capabilities. Responsible for their testing, optimisation and deployment.
They're in the middle of a project of migration at the moment, moving across existing campaigns into the new system. You will take over this programme and also work with the wider marketing, CRM and content marketing teams on understanding the needs for new campaigns, as well as enhancements to existing campaigns and customer journey communications which can be achieved with new system's enhanced capabilities.
Your report line will be to the head of CRM capabilities. Acting in an autonomous capacity, ultimately responsible for engaging business stakeholders (including sales, marketing and content teams). Establishing the company's marketing automation strategy, and ultimately translating this into delivery.
