The purpose of this role is to contribute to, shape and deliver the online marketing plan across all digital nursery, retention and reactivation campaigns. Focusing on retaining, growing and maximising return across all customer segments, brands and territories, you will lead the end-to-end inception to delivery, broadcast and reporting of all eCRM campaigns as defined by the customer contact strategy and promotional marketing and retail calendar across brands and territories. A commercial awareness, astuteness and analytical approach is critical to the success of this role underpinned by a passion to inject freshness and vibrancy into the customer communications; therefore, the development of a seasonal testing plan across email and associated onsite content and personalisation is a must to drive maximum customer file rejuvenation, active customer database and ROI to inform future marketing plans and overarching strategies. Responsive, agile and willing are key.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, budgeting and reporting of all customer retention and reactivation campaigns across eCRM, inclusive of behavioural campaigns and onsite retargeting platforms for UK and International territories
CRM analytics and production of weekly and monthly reports
Implementation of online customer targeting and segmentation model and contact strategies to drive conversion, sales, and profitability
Be instrumental in ensuring retention channels and campaigns drive the traffic, conversions, sales, penetration, share of wallet and lifetime value of customers as defined by the marketing plans

Deliver onsite and trigger emails campaigns including but not limited to abandon basket/ browse / checkout across customer journey retargeting platforms
Lead the end-to-end implementation from briefing all retention email campaign creative for related, unrelated and additional email campaigns to support the retention of customers in line with seasonal marketing and trading calendars, in collaboration with Creative, eCommerce Merchandising and Buying & Mechanising teams
Develop, manage and implement a seasonal proposition, AB and tactical testing plan across all relevant retention channels using a structured test learn and refine approach. Monitor and optimise campaigns to drive the maximum ROI
Support the Junior Web Developer in the creation and testing of all campaign HTML and text emails and deploying in all relevant broadcast systems
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year E-mail marketing experience coupled with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
