CRM Marketing Manager - Customer Contact

The purpose of this role is to increase marketability of the CRM base compliantly by leading & delivering new initiatives across the estate, and transforming the customer experience in the lead up to- and capture of marketing consent
Be responsible for the optimisation and development of customer consent capture and measurement, focussing on the multiple touchpoints where we engage our customer.
Collaborate with Data Protection, Data Management, Customer Experience teams as well as the Retail Operations and front-line store colleagues to deliver compliant capture through an engaged workforce supported by a value-add approach.
Work alongside the Customer Insights Team (customer segments, needs state, customer research, shopping behaviours across all touch points, etc.) to power personalised, relevant and actionable consent activity to drive long-term engagement with our brand.
Act as an SME, reinforcing best practice across on-going CRM programmes helping to maintain existing customer base.
Work closely with the CRM strategy and planning function to ensure campaign initiatives are built, tracked and delivered in a timely manner to drive increased business value & deliver long-term growth
Provide regular reporting and analysis to drive continuous optimisation and capture rates.
Demonstrable experience working and influencing in a retail environment, ideally mixed electricals and/or telco
At least 3+ years’ experience in customer marketing, ideally including email, SMS or Direct (client or agency side) across customer retention / re-engagement and acquisition
Marketing or business degree level qualification
