As the CRM Specialist using the Salesforce CRM system and working with the CRM manager you will create, develop and implement a robust and effective CRM marketing strategy. You will carve out a pioneering marketing CRM plan and alongside the CRM manager, have overall responsibility for implementing an online CRM programme through campaigns and automated marketing, to achieve retention and acquisition communication. You will manage segmentation projects to identify key customer behaviours and target campaigns respectively.
What you'll need:
The ability to use Salesforce as a CRM system is essential for this position. You will have experience in a CRM/Email marketing role and comfortable with data marketing. You'll have a proven track record in the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with hands on experience of building and executing a CRM program. You'll be passionate about CRM have your own ideas and all the tools at your disposal to make them happen. This is a strategic and hands on position so ideally you'll be able to come up and plan the strategy then make it all happen!
