Since 2003 the Company have enjoyed creating a different kind of international property company, one that challenges the norm. Property developers value their insight, investors value their expertise, property agents value their reach and they value the impact they have on these people and their life-changing property, investment and lifestyle decisions.

The Company was founded on the idea of building bridges - cultural and communicative bridges - between investors, real estate agents, developers, second home purchasers and the many other entities, which make up this fast-paced and ever-changing sector.

Today they are an international sales network and property investment advisory with six offices across five countries. They provide local property market knowledge on an international scale using the meticulous knowledge of their carefully nurtured network of property advisers. They use this insight to handpick but also design and curate the best possible property investment and second-home opportunities for their diverse range of multinational clients. It is an exciting time of growth for their business and they are currently expanding their reach across the rental and financial services industries as well as increasing the size of some of their offices worldwide in order to cater for the global demand they are creating in these markets.

Working with a capable team, you will have autonomy to drive initiatives and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the system administration lead and internal champion for their CRM (Propertybase) and maintain a library of up to date documents on internal systems (Salesforce & Google Drive)
  • Manage the accurate upload of each unit and project on Sales Force

  • Maintain CRM contact data records for their companies, overseeing data cleansing and initiatives
  • Maintain and improve accuracy of data, working closely with the sales team to optimise processes and data handling.
  • Provide support and CRM training to sales and support staff on an ongoing basis,
  • Implement processes, 'how to' guides, resolve issues and interface with external support as required.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Flexible & adaptive to varying needs, with the ability to prioritise tasks & workload
  • Previous CRM experience is a must with good knowledge of Microsoft knowledge
  • Passionate about analysing results
  • Marketing experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and to deadlines
  • Pro-active 'do-er', keen to roll your sleeves up and make big difference as part of their fantastic team
