Customer Communications Manager
As an online gaming company, we operate in a number of saturated markets and as such are always looking at ways to differentiate ourselves. One of the ways we've indentified and are most proud of is our emphasis on the customer having the best possible experience when using our products and services.
Our customer experience team are recent recipients of one of the most prestigious CX awards internationally and you'd be working closely with them to manage the communication strategyies around any changes or developments with our products.
The role holderwill get to build a multi-channel strategy, and also ensure that the communication strategies integrate with the lifecycle communications plan to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
This would be a great role for a customer-centric marketing/communications professional who has worked on direct marketing campaigns in the past.
