The business has recently created a new team to improve its customer communications globally and is now looking for two Consumer Communications Managers to look after two separate retail brands.
The role will find you leading the planning and overseeing the local market execution of high impact and integrated external communications campaigns including PR, social, influencer and experiential channels. You will partner closely with multiple stakeholders, both domestic and international, alongside leading external and in-house agencies to increase understanding and build advocacy for the retailers across its European markets.
For your application to be successful you will need to have proven customer communications experience from with a multi-site retail or fashion brand.
