Lead a strategic High Street customer across all of the
majority of our Self Care portfolio. Reporting into the Senior Customer
Development Manager with full ownership of account JBP and P&L. This is a
great opportunity for a CDM to build their strategic vision for the customer
whilst contributing to a wider business unit.
Interact with a wide variety of cross functional
stakeholders of all levels.
Daily interaction with Marketing, Strategy, Supply,
Finance, Customer Service, as well as senior leadership including sales
director and strategy director
Purpose of the
The purpose of this role is to step change the business
relationship and sales level in the account and find new and creative ways to
unlock sales and profitability growth.
P&L responsibility for £16.4m invoiced sales
negotiate and land full year business plans
account level strategy that compliments total channel
and tailor go to market plans in line with profit and share targets
key Internal and external business relationships
Ideally have experience within the FMCG landscape, and ideally experience within the grocery/high street or grocery channel. Also:
A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability and share point of view
Can do attitude, proactive and solution minded.
Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to identify sales driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness
Ability to engage your customers and collaborates with J&J experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that create joint business value
Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes
Strength in communication
Ability to build and harvest great relationships both internally and externally to achieve strategic business objectives
High level of autonomy and enjoy networking to achieve results
Ability to shape plans and connect with the wider organisation
Deliver on key KPI commitments
