This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as a Customer Marketing Manager - Customer Growth as you will responsible in developing the customer base in such a way that drives greater ARPU & RGU take up. The Campaign Manager will contribute to campaigns and plans within the team that is responsible for driving extra product take up and ARPU from the customer base.

Job Purpose

Using currently available and future customer insight, measurement and excellent customer communications the team will develop a series of programmes to increase the product holding of our customer base.

These plans will touch on but not be limited to the following:
* Creation of a data driven cross sell programme
* Creation of a data driven upsell programme
* Planning and delivery of improvements in the IGP programme
* Creation of a programme of triggers to aid these cross sell and upsell of products
* Delivery of campaigns and plans for the sales and take of new products in the base.

* Creation of the plans for a customer MGM and advocacy strategy to drive customer growth

Principle Responsibilities

* Delivery of campaigns that support the cross sell programme, including working on the next best offer strategy with customer insights

* Delivery of campaigns that supports the up sell programme, planning with stakeholders how to develop the customer movements

* Taking part in the development of the new IGP programme understanding how to improve and develop that series of communications

* Taking part in the work to deliver the new trigger based world for xsell and upsell

* Creation of campaign plan for bringing mobile into the world of customer cross sell

Measurement of the role

* Xsell rates

* Upsell rates

* ARPU within the base

* Take up of newly launched products

Required Experience
* Experience within a customer marketing function within the Telco or Entertainment industry.
* Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and how to work with large data sets
* A good understanding of the marketing channels used in Customer marketing
