Leeds Building Society is looking for a Customer Research Analyst to join our Customer Insight Department. This role can be based in either our Leeds or Cobalt office.
About the role
The Customer Research Analyst will commission, analyse and interpret customer research to provide insight into our customers both B2C and B2B. You will gain an understanding of business objectives by building solid internal relationships and designing appropriate data collection plans. Duties include translating business questions into research requirements and questionnaire scripting through translating business requirements into well routed questionnaires and discussion guides. You will also identify appropriate samples for customer research to ensure robust analysis is delivered to the business. This includes the interpretation of qualitative and quantitative outputs identifying insights relevant to the brief provided.
Do you have the essential skills and experience for this role?
* Degree educated or higher preferable
* Able to convert business questions into a research brief questionnaire design.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
* Highly numerate and data savvy
* Stakeholder management and communication
* Data analysis and processing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
