Job Title: Customer Service & Digital Marketing Assistant

This Legal Company is an innovative market-leader that specialises in business debt recovery. They provide professional services across pre-legal recovery, dispute resolution, defended cases and commercial litigation. The office is spacious and modern and is based on the outskirts of Guildford, with ample parking and adjacent to the park and ride.

The Position:

If you're a good communicator and enjoy helping people, this could be an ideal job for you.

As a pro-active and energetic customer service assistant or adviser, you would deal with customer enquiries, often as the customer's first point of contact with the company.

You will deal with customers by phone, email and social media. Good 'people skills', a friendly approach and excellent communication skills are all needed in this role.

This is also an opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing as 25% of the tasks will be related to assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager on - CRM, email marketing, blogging and social media.

Duties include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone, e-mail or social media
  • Use telephones or internet to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Set up or cancel accounts
  • Advise on company information
  • Manage CRM information of clients and prospects
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products and services
  • Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Social media posting according to company planning
  • Blog formatting and editing

  • Well-presented, polite and tactful
  • Have good IT skills
  • Good writing and numeracy skills
